About ReFocus & MoveForward

Calm guidance through separation, divorce and rebuilding.

Whether you are considering divorce, in the middle of the process, or trying to rebuild afterwards, this can be one of the most difficult periods of your life.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or emotionally drained. You might be anxious — at times deeply anxious — frightened, or carrying a quiet sense of despair. It may be hard to think clearly, hard to sleep, and even harder to imagine a hopeful future.

These feelings are more common than you think. Every situation is different, every relationship has its own story, and every path through divorce is unique — yet the underlying hope is often the same: to regain steadiness, to find peace of mind, and to move forward with clarity and self-respect.

Divorce is not just a legal process — it is an emotional upheaval. Whether or not children are involved, the uncertainty can feel heavy and isolating. In the midst of heightened emotion, it can also be easy for decisions to become reactive, communication to break down, and conflict to escalate.

'ReFocus & MoveForward' exists to offer calm, compassionate and non-judgemental support during this time — not only as emotional steadiness, but as practical guidance. My aim is to help you move through the process with as much clarity and peace of mind as possible, and that you can one day reflect knowing you approached this chapter thoughtfully and responsibly.

Where children are involved, I support clients in navigating separation in a way that prioritises emotional balance and encourages a respectful, workable co-parenting relationship wherever possible.

As the immediate intensity settles, the questions often change. You may begin to wonder whether you can trust again, how to approach dating, or whether remarriage is something you would consider. I also work with clients as they rebuild confidence, explore new relationships, and step carefully into the next phase of life.

My passion for this work is shaped by lived experience that informs my empathetic approach. I also have certified training in relationship therapy and psychotherapy with Tavistock Relationships, strengthening my understanding of the psychological and emotional challenges that often accompany separation and new beginnings.

I do not provide legal advice, and I do not replace therapy. My role is offering steady, practical and emotionally grounded coaching. By helping you approach decisions calmly and thoughtfully, my aim is to reduce unnecessary conflict and emotional escalation wherever possible.

Reaching out for support can often feel like the hardest step. If you're reading any of this and are thinking, "this sounds like me," you can schedule a free initial consultation. It's simply a space to talk and explore your situation, with no obligation or expectation beyond that conversation.

Everything you share, including your identity and personal details, is treated with complete discretion and strict confidentiality.

Any further support can be discussed at a pace and in a way that feels manageable for you.
